Items that I am selling are listed as accurately as possible, and dispatched to your listed PayPal address (unless agreed otherwise).

Records are normally sent out via Royal Mail, safely and securely, in new professional rigid mailers. Larger orders (8+ items) may be sent via a reliable courier. I will normally remove the records from their covers to avoid splitting (unless they are sealed). CD’s are sent out in padded jiffy-style bags.

I like to grade conservatively, as I do not want you to be disappointed. I would only grade something as mint or near mint if I had owned it from new and hardly played it. I also make great efforts to log the item under the correct release, by checking the run outs and photos on the database. The majority of my records have been cleaned and played (to spot any jumps, surface noise), unless stated otherwise.

I normally accept returns, as long as they are sent back within 14 working days of receipt. Please note that the buyer will need to pay for return postage.
